Let me share a cautionary tale about my recent online shopping experience, hoping it saves you the headache I’ve endured. My terrible ordeal began when I received an order that was completely wrong, and the after-sales support proved to be non-existent. Sent me the wrong prescription safety glasses, causing dizziness and nausea. It’s been Impossible to get ahold of a live person to actually help get this resolved. Multiple chat sessions, phone calls and emails and still can’t in touch with anyone. I recommend buying from another company even if it’s a few more dollars. I felt compelled to leave this review and try once more to engage with customer service because wearing these glasses is not only uncomfortable but also unsafe, and I desperately need a resolution.
