BE WARNED: A 2-Month Nightmare of Endless Chasing and Terrible Service 😤
I'm writing this as a warning to others. My online shopping experience was beyond frustrating, and I feel compelled to share it. After endless chasing, it became clear this was the worst ever experience! It took endless follow up emails and phone calls from my end for my order to arrive, which took over 2 months!!! I even asked for my matter to be escalated to Upper Management, but NO ONE had the decency to follow up with me. The Customer Care Staff were the worst to deal, it was always the same speech, your order is on it's way. They really need to be trained on how to deal with customer issues. I will NEVER order glasses from YOU ever again!!! This absolute lack of service is why I had to repeatedly contact them, hoping to get a real person and a real answer.
Customer: This is my fifth time calling. My order is now two months late. Can anyone please tell me what is actually going on? I'm tired of the "it's on its way" excuse.
