A $372 Nightmare: Scratched Glasses and a Bot That Won't Help ðŸ˜
I'm writing this as a warning to anyone considering buying from this website. My experience was a complete nightmare. After spending a significant amount of money, I received scratched glasses. The real frustration began when I tried to fix the issue. For two days, I was stuck in a loop with their automated "bot" trying to get a return label that never arrived. My honest conclusion is this: I've been trying for 2 days to TALK TO A HUMAN to fix an issue…no luck. Will NOT be buying from them again. Spent $372 on SCRATCHED glasses and tried to start a return/exchange. Never received the return label and the “bot” just continues to send it to my email, that I never received! This entire ordeal forced me to finally speak with a person to get this mess sorted out.
Customer: Finally, a human! I spent $372 on glasses that arrived scratched, and your useless bot won't send the return label to my email. I've been trying for two days!
