GlassesUSA Refund Nightmare: $246 Held Hostage & Endless Frustration! 😠💸


My online shopping experience with GlassesUSA has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I'm sharing it as a stark warning. GlassesUSA has still not sent my refund for an order I never received. They're holding onto $246.00 of my hard-earned money from a glasses order placed on 2/24, and the tracking number still shows it stuck in Atlanta, Georgia. I can't get a response for a refund; all they keep telling me is it is in transit from a BOT. I want my money back, GlassesUSA. This atrocious situation compelled me to constantly reach out to customer service, seeking answers and my rightfully owed refund.

Customer: I need an update on my refund for order #105081183. My glasses never arrived, and you've had my $246 since February 24th! The tracking is stuck, and all I get are automated 'in transit' messages. CS Rep: I understand your immense frustration, and I sincerely apologize for the significant delay and the lack of clarity you've received. Let me access your order details immediately. Customer: You finally agreed to a refund after I filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Vermont Attorney General's office! Now you're telling me I still have to wait another 7-10 business days? This is completely unacceptable. CS Rep: I truly regret the extensive trouble you've gone through. The 7-10 business day period is the standard processing time for our financial department once a refund has been approved and initiated. I assure you, it is now in process. Customer: "In process" isn't good enough when my money has been held for so long. I used Zinni before and never had this problem, and I will definitely use them again. Whatever happened to customer service?

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap and enduring such a terrible experience with GlassesUSA.
