Great Product, But A Customer Service Nightmare 🚨
I'm writing this as a warning about my terrible online shopping experience. The most frustrating part is that I actually love the product, but the company's support is nonexistent. My conclusion about this experience is simple: the customer service is the among the worst I have ever experienced. Just so you know, don't bother paying for the faster shipping because you still will have to wait a few weeks to get your glasses. I was so aggravated by the lack of response from their email and chat services that I felt I had no choice but to keep trying to get a hold of a live person to voice my issues.
Customer: I am incredibly frustrated. I paid a premium for express shipping, and my glasses still took weeks to arrive. On top of that, your email support is a black hole and the "live agent" chat is a complete joke.
CS Rep: I am so sorry to hear about this frustrating experience. It is completely unacceptable that you did not receive the expedited service you paid for, and I sincerely apologize that you were unable to get the support you needed from our team.
