A Website Nightmare: My 2.5-Hour Struggle with Glasses USA 😤


I'm writing this as a warning to anyone considering ordering from Glasses USA. My online shopping experience was an absolute nightmare, and I feel compelled to share it so others can be aware of the potential frustration. After struggling for hours, this is how I felt: "Web site was so messed up it took me 2-1/2 hours to purchase two pairs of glasses. I was not able to type in my prescription and save it to continue my purchase. so I will have to be sent an email so i can type in the information that i already typed in on your silly web site. I am not sure I will ever attempt to order glasses from glasses USA ever again. The entire process was so very frustrating and certainly a waste of my time." The sheer absurdity of the website failing forced me to contact their support team.

Customer: I just spent over two hours trying to place an order and your website won't save my prescription. Now it says I have to enter it all over again in an email? This is ridiculous.
