I’m writing this to warn other potential buyers. My recent online shopping experience was not just disappointing; it was dangerous. The company sent me the wrong prescription safety glasses, causing dizziness and nausea. It’s been Impossible to get ahold of a live person to actually help get this resolved. Multiple chat sessions, phone calls and emails and still can’t get in touch with anyone. I recommend buying from another company even if it’s a few more dollars. After countless attempts, I finally connected with a representative, and I needed to document this ordeal.

Customer: I finally reached someone. You sent me the wrong prescription, and these glasses are making me sick. I've been trying to contact you for days.

CS Rep: I am so sorry to hear that. It is completely unacceptable that you received the wrong prescription and experienced physical discomfort. May I have your order number so I can immediately look into this?
